The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Coordinator – Planning and Mobilisation to join our expanding Mobilisation and Planning team. This role is crucial in providing effective support to Team Leads by overseeing the daily operations of the team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the training program for all new starters to the department, while ensuring that the team are meeting the business’ operational needs and requirements. You will be enthusiastic about planning and mobilisation and looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning and mobilisation for shutdowns and maintenance works, ensuring all processes align with client requirements, compliance standards, and scope timelines
- Support the onboarding and growth of new team members through training, mentoring, and feedback
- Act as the first point of contact for mobilisation queries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate critical concerns as needed
- Manage updates in the planning system and support resourcing targets by maintaining up-to-date recruitment requests
About You
- Eligible to work in Australia
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the resources sector
- Proficient with ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX
- Experience with OPMS, IFS, or SAP is a plus
- Previous training experience is desirable
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and co-workers
