Position Summary:
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient functioning of office, workshop, and onsite activities. You will handle a variety of tasks including payroll, data entry, project tracking, maintenance scheduling, and general administrative duties, all while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to senior management and team members
• Maintain office organisation and filing systems
• Review and approve timesheet
• Collate data for payroll
• Assist with project tracking
• Perform data entry for accounts payable
• Assist with tracking fleet services and repairs
Qualifications:
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and proactive
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in the Earthmoving Industry
• Experience with Gearbox maintenance management software
• Experience with Adobe PDF editor
• Experience in payroll and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience with Assignar Software
• Familiarity with MYOB Software
