We are seeking a highly motivated Reporting Analyst to support our procurement team through data analysis, reporting automation, and the development of business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and maintain procurement reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Apps
- Use Advanced Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and visualization that supports clear decision-making
- Apply statistical techniques and a problem-solving mindset to improve and streamline reporting processes
- Respond proactively to changing business needs and identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
Key Skills, Attributes & Experience:
- Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, and other business intelligence tools
- Skilled in Advanced Excel for detailed analysis and report building
- Strong understanding of data structures, with experience using SQL for data extraction
- Ability to build and maintain back-end data connections to support seamless report automation
- Solid grasp of statistical analysis and trend interpretation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
