Bevan & Co Lawyers & Conveyancers are seeking an energetic, proactive and well-presented Receptionist/Administraton Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time basis (8.30am to 5.00pm). This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, looking for long-term growth in an administrative career, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal and administration teams.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Manage mail, including collection, processing, distribution, and hand deliveries.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and document binding tasks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support lawyers and staff with administrative needs.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Must be proficent in touch typing.
- Prior experience in reception or customer service (legal experience is a plus but not essential).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to punctuality, attendance, and continuous learning.
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
