Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local MC Driver to become a key part of our Pick Up and Delivery team in Mount Isa . If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight.
What You Will Be Doing:

- Full Time Permanent | Monday to Friday | 7:00am start
- Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight.
- Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy.
- Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
What You Need:
This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, predictable work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision and consistency.

- Must hold current MC Licence
- Forklift Licence - desirable, but not mandatory
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical (includes Drug & Alcohol Screening) and Criminal History Check
- A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
