Our client, a national leader in wealth strategy and property investment, is searching for a dynamic Operations Manager to support two high-performing directors and help steer the business from behind the scenes.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Supporting two driven, fast-moving directors in all facets of operations.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Assisting with contract preparation, document management, and compliance tasks.
- Managing supplier relationships, ordering, scheduling, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinating internal communications and team updates.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal support.
- Creating and implementing streamlined systems and procedures.
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the wheels turning.
What you need to bring:
- Previous experience in an Operations, Office Management, or Executive Assistant role.
- Experience handling contracts, property or investment industry background highly desirable.
- Phenomenal attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A naturally organised and proactive mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and document templates (highly desirable).
- A solutions-focused attitude, nothing rattles you.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a sense of humour.
What’s in it for you:
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + super, depending on experience
