About the role
Knotwood Pty Ltd, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Stapylton, Queensland, this full-time role is essential to the efficient operation of our supply chain, supporting Knotwood's mission to deliver high-quality products to customers across Australia and international markets.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating delivery and collections of completed orders
- Liaising with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Monitoring shipment status and providing regular updates to clients
- Identifying and resolving any logistical issues or delays
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all shipments
- Optimising logistics processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve logistical issues
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
