About the role:
  • Work on complex matters, such as suitability issues & complaints .
  • Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Identify key conduct issues , analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints.
The ideal candidate:
  • Senior Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE and prior litigation, investigatory, regulatory or administrative law experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to use clear, concise language in correspondence and reports.
