DUTY MANAGER – Cudgen Headland Surf Club
Enjoy working, overlooking the beach, for a great community club. The Surf Club is the heart and soul of Kingscliff, and we are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to assist with the day to day running of the Club. This is a position of responsibility and as such requires the knowledge and experience gained from previously working in a similar position.
Your responsibilities will include :
· Leading and inspiring our front of house team to deliver great customer service on a daily basis.
· Overseeing several departments to ensure the seamless service provided to our members and guests.
· Training and mentoring staff to create a strong service driven culture.
· Running the day to day operations of the club, which include opening and closing of the club.
· Working closely with Senior Management to provide innovation, strategies and knowledge to maintain and improve the success of the club.
· Complying with all club legislation, policies and procedures, code of conduct and practice responsible service of alcohol.
What we are looking for :
· A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge in regard to all aspects of the club or hotel industry.
· The ability to lead, support and motivate a diverse team in a busy environment.
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
· A customer first approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
· Holder of a current NSW RSA
