We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are provided to our guests at all times. Your usual day would look like
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and developing team members, fostering the positive and productive workplace environment that we all enjoy.
- Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
About you
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- A current NSW RSA and RCG.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
