Your New Job
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Operations Support Team member. In this dynamic role, you will multitask and engage with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and serving as a key point of contact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating Branch Tasks, ensuring timely responses and approvals.
- Supporting key defence stakeholders in the coordination and management of Business Operations Support.
- Assisting in the coordination and management of activities.
- Recommending and implementing actions to meet business objectives and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Managing workflow and resources, preparing work area and team plans with measurable milestones.
- Planning and managing visit schedules for official events, including high-profile visits.
What You Need to Succeed
- Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance (NV1 clearance)
- Previous Defence Experience (CASG experience highly regarded)
- Business Administration and Coordination Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Manage Multiple Competing Priorities
