About the role
To continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Change Management Coordinator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Based in our Regional Office in Darwin , this role will be responsible in the delivery, implementation and embedding of strategy and education for long-term sustainability of care models within our facilities.
This role will see you working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in the management of facilities that reflect a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers.
To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced and current AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will have previous experience working in change management, within a clinical or healthcare setting and bring with you knowledge of change management principals and methodology. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable leading project-based work. You will be comfortable working with and consulting with senior management and be a solutions-based person who wishes to support ARRCS in providing positive outcomes for our residents.

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and knowledge of change management principles and methodology including research and evaluation skills.
- A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of primary nursing and team models of care.
- Willingness to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders to support collaboration of activities to achieve positive shared outcomes.
- Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to use initiative and be self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project evaluation with a demonstrated ability to assess a project based on objectives and report on its short, medium- and long-term outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.
- A pro-active attitude and ability to support, guide and mentor others in the workforce.
