About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, customer focussed Membership Administrator to join our Bunbury office. This part time role (3 days a week) supports the Membership Team with key administrative and customer service tasks—keeping member processes running smoothly and ensuring every member feels supported, connected, and valued.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing members, processing applications, maintaining CRM records, handling enquiries, and connecting members to the services that help their businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Member Enquiries: Answer calls and emails, assist with new applications, and clearly communicate the benefits of membership.

Member Experience: Build strong relationships through professional, proactive, and friendly service.

Accounts: Handle all payments of membership accounts (AR follow up and tracking) Admin Support: Maintain accurate CRM records, assist with payments and follow-ups, and support the finance team where needed.

Reception Assistance: Provide backup support to reception during peak times.

Team Collaboration: Offer admin support across events, training, marketing, and corporate services as required.
About You
You’ll bring a calm, confident approach and a keen eye for detail. You’re great with people, comfortable using systems, and love being part of a team that gets things done.
To be successful, you’ll have:

At least 3 years’ experience in an admin/customer service role

A professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with CRM systems (preferred)

A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Bonus: Familiarity with the building and construction industry
