What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Administrator , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects across various teams. From managing admin tasks to supporting project delivery, your work will keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
General Administration – Managing emails, checking mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, and keeping things organised.
Meeting Coordination – Booking venues, organising catering, taking minutes, and tracking attendance.
Document Management – Filing, record-keeping, SharePoint management, and sensitive data handling.
Project Support – Setting up projects in ProWorkFlow , tracking progress, and assisting with deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement – Scheduling interviews, booking focus groups, and liaising with clients.
Finance & Reporting – Tracking project expenses, managing invoices, and ensuring milestone payments.
Research & Compliance – Assisting with literature reviews, tender applications, ethics approvals, and reports.
Communication & Team Support – Being the first point of contact for the team and office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For

Strong administration and project management skills

Experience working with tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
