The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join the Infrastructure Maintenance Services team on a fixed term contract through to 10 March 2026.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full life cycle of assigned infrastructure projects - from concept planning and stakeholder engagement, to tendering, contract management, and project delivery. Projects may include road upgrades, building refurbishments, drainage improvements, and other civil infrastructure improvements.

You'll work closely with internal departments, contractors, and the community to deliver projects on time, on budget and in alignment with the City's standards and values.

About You

  • Substantial experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably within local government or civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and tender processes.
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage priorities and competing deadlines.
  • A Diploma in Project Management, Civil Construction or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • A current WA ‘C' class driver's licence.
