Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver clinical care that meets residents' individual needs and aged care standards.
- Monitor residents’ health, conduct assessments, and implement care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and care staff.
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of carers.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).
- Full work rights in Australia.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
