Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our B2B Technology Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, a deep understanding of the B2B market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B technology sector.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts in the B2B technology sector.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the vendors and internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

  • Ensure CRM is up to date with detailed information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred not required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
