The Role
As the Policy, Risk & Compliance Manager , you will work closely with executive and operational leaders to:

Oversee Policy Management : Lead the review, development and implementation of organisational policies that align with best practice and legislative requirements.

Manage the Risk Framework : Maintain and enhance the risk register and embed proactive risk management across the business.

Ensure Compliance Excellence : Monitor compliance obligations, maintain the compliance register, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support Organisational Preparedness : Oversee business continuity, incident response and emergency management planning to ensure readiness for any situation.
This is a key role within our Office of the CEO, influencing organisational decision-making and strategy.
About You
You’re an experienced professional in governance, compliance, or risk, with a passion for helping organisations deliver on their purpose. You bring a blend of strong technical knowledge and the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
You will bring:

Relevant post-secondary qualifications

Background in policy, risk or compliance in a corporate, government, or aged care environment

Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams

Experience in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring legislative compliance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A flexible, agile mindset and strong attention to detail
