About the Role
The Research Integrity Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-level support for the University's research integrity operations, particularly case management support. This involves providing expert guidance to staff and HDR students about research integrity case management and managing complaints and allegations in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies. Additionally, this key role will champion a responsible research culture at UTS.
If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing research integrity complaints and allegations in line with the Australian Code, university policies, and external funding agency requirements.
- Developing and implementing reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve complaint management processes, resource allocation, and performance standards.
- Providing expert guidance on research integrity issues, navigating complex policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks.
- Championing initiatives to promote a culture of responsible research stewardship and supporting Research Integrity Advisors and leadership in their roles.
- Contributing to policy development, managing key research integrity projects, and performing additional duties related to research integrity as needed.

- Experience in business process analysis, process mapping and change implementation to achieve sustainable change and ongoing improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including overseeing projects while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience in drafting confidential executive level reports with strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $117,282 to $133,572 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis
