Salary: up to $100,000 package

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly organised and experienced Sales & Administration Lead to join a thriving property development business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—leader, systems expert, and problem solver.
This position will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end administration function, supporting the sales process from reservation through to handover. Working closely with the CEO and sales team, this person will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while mentoring a small offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small offshore team, including training, upskilling and performance support
- Handle all sales contracts—preparation, sending, tracking and follow-ups via DocuSign
- Maintain accurate records and data across Salesforce (CRM), Dropbox and internal systems
- Manage the shared inbox, delegate tasks, and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with builders, brokers, and partners to ensure a smooth sales journey from deal to handover
- Support the sales team with compliance, documentation, and process improvement
- Oversee general office administration—supplies, scheduling, meeting support
- Assist with basic finance administration and payment tracking
- Set up new system users, troubleshoot tech issues, and drive system efficiency
- Provide direct support to the CEO in staying organised, informed, and focused on growth
- A natural leader with experience managing offshore or remote teams
- Someone from a property, real estate, or sales support background
- A confident communicator with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using Salesforce, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
