Sales and Administration Support
Location: Melbourne Inner City Suburbs
Salary:
up to $100,000 package
Monday - Friday only.
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly organised and experienced Sales & Administration Lead to join a thriving property development business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—leader, systems expert, and problem solver.
This position will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end administration function, supporting the sales process from reservation through to handover. Working closely with the CEO and sales team, this person will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while mentoring a small offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small offshore team, including training, upskilling and performance support
  • Handle all sales contracts—preparation, sending, tracking and follow-ups via DocuSign
  • Maintain accurate records and data across Salesforce (CRM), Dropbox and internal systems
  • Manage the shared inbox, delegate tasks, and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with builders, brokers, and partners to ensure a smooth sales journey from deal to handover
  • Support the sales team with compliance, documentation, and process improvement
  • Oversee general office administration—supplies, scheduling, meeting support
  • Assist with basic finance administration and payment tracking
  • Set up new system users, troubleshoot tech issues, and drive system efficiency
  • Provide direct support to the CEO in staying organised, informed, and focused on growth
Who This Role Would Suit:
  • A natural leader with experience managing offshore or remote teams
  • Someone from a property, real estate, or sales support background
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Salesforce, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
