About the Role:
As the Head of People & Culture, you will:
- Lead a dedicated team of HR Advisors and P&C Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Support the key functional areas of the business: National Retail stores and distribution; Trade and commercial sales team; Manufacturing & supply chain and supporting Corporate Services functions.
- Drive organisational design and lead key change processes to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee HR operations, including safety, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and inclusivity across the organisation.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
- Provide expert advice and support to the executive team on complex HR and people matters.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Define and measure success metrics for engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Extensive HR expertise across all areas of the employee life cycle.
- A background in Retail, Trade or FMCG.
- Proven experience in organisational design and change management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges and drive cultural change.
