Description:

We are seeking expressions of interest for casual administrator and customer service roles that Moyne Shire Council may need to fill from time to time on a temporary basis.

Successful candidates will need to have demonstrated experience in administrative and / or customer service roles. Previous experience in a council or public administration setting is desirable.

These roles will be based across our Moyne Shire Council offices, located in Port Fairy and Mortlake; however, some positions may be located at various council sites within the region.

Selection for the casual pool is based on the ability to satisfy the following criteria

  • Ability to work flexible and variable hours at short notice
  • Being able to provide or willing to obtain a current national police check
  • Having a current employee working with children check
  • Evidence of full Australian working rights
  • Excellent customer service / administration skills
  • Recent and relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook

This is an expression of interest role only; if you are successful in obtaining a role you will be entered into our casual employee pool and be contacted at short notice to discuss and fill specific available short-term vacancies that arise.
