Do you enjoy supporting teams behind the scenes and keeping things running smoothly? As a Nursing Support Officer at GOTAFE, you’ll provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our Nursing team, helping to ensure quality education delivery and compliance for the Diploma of Nursing program. This is a great opportunity to contribute to an essential area of healthcare training and be part of a supportive and values-driven team.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration) or relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- A detail-oriented approach to document management, compliance, and reporting.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car).
The salary range for this position is $62,232 - $67,199 (pro rata) under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
