About The Role
Our Diversity and Inclusion Team is expanding and we’re looking for an Inclusion Networks Manager/Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Diversity and Inclusion Team brings our purpose to life by supporting the business to create an environment where our people feel they belong. When people from diverse backgrounds and with different points of view work together, we create the most value for our clients, people, and society.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Having exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Demonstrating experience in Diversity & Inclusion, ideally with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ideally within corporate or professional services environments.Being energised and motivated to enact change and influence PwC’s approach.Being self-motivated and agile, capable of navigating ambiguity while achieving goals.Strategic communication planning and developing content to deliver those plans.Being goal-oriented with strong commercial acumen, ensuring actions align with business objectives.Being informed on D&I trends, able to assimilate complex data and make informed recommendations.Being innovative and creative in addressing new challenges.Communicating confidently and effectively at all organisational levels.
In our Diversity and Inclusion Team, your impact will be seen by:
Strategic Leadership: Leading the review and continuous improvement of our network landscape, ensuring alignment with best practices and global standards.Governance and Leadership: Guiding networks to achieve a cohesive purpose and vision with structured governance.Business Integration: Partnering with each network Partner Sponsor and collaborating with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to integrate and align network activities with local D&I plans and P&C/One Firm strategies.Technology Integration: Advocating for and implementing technological solutions to streamline processes and distill information efficiently. Engage with technology and operations teams to promote access to tools, such as AI solutions, that enhance efficiency.Communication Strategy: Developing and managing the networks’ communication plan in collaboration with Corporate Affairs, ensuring timely, effective, and aligned dissemination of internal and external communications.Collaboration and Engagement: Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to integrate insights and best practices into network strategies, raising awareness of network contributions to people engagement and client service.Project Management: Overseeing the development and rollout of systems and frameworks, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve desired outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Continuously analysing feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve network models and processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to innovate and enhance our people networks.Market Representation & Resource Management: Representing PwC at relevant external events to acquire insights for internal strategies. Serve as the primary contact for network leaders and maintain the accuracy of network content across various platforms.
