Description:
As a Process Analyst, you will analyse, model, and optimise workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN. The ideal candidate will produce simulation-ready outputs (e.g., AnyLogic, iGrafx) and lead evidence-based, stakeholder-driven process improvements.ROLE
- Develop dynamic process models using AnyLogic and/or iGrafx, or create outputs compatible with these tools for simulation and optimisation.
- Map ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ workflows using BPMN to identify inefficiencies and lead reengineering initiatives that improve performance.
- Conduct time-in-motion studies and analyse qualitative/quantitative data to inform resource planning and workflow enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, validate process designs, and facilitate successful change adoption.
- Produce detailed process documentation and support teams throughout process transition and implementation phases.
- Expert in process mapping, modelling, and simulation, with strong knowledge of business process frameworks.
- Skilled in applying BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and process reengineering methodologies.
- Proficient with simulation tools such as AnyLogic, iGrafx, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills in dynamic project environments.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
- Business Process Management (BPM) certification
- PROSCI Change Management or equivalent
- Certification or demonstrated proficiency in AnyLogic and/or iGrafx
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Process Improvement, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
