We're on the lookout for a Business Process Analyst to support our state government client in driving meaningful organisational improvements. In this role, you'll help develop Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen capabilities and establish a solid foundation for seamless operations within and across the organisation.Responsibilities:
- Analyse and synthesise information gathered to create a clear view of business processes / practice flows.
- Document and map current state and proposed future state processes detecting inefficiencies within the scope of a given workflow
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures/documentation that describe the process flows, roles & responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships.
- Establishes mechanisms for handover to business as usual.
- A high level of proficiency in business process analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience in the use of spreadsheet software and flow-charting tools, Power BI and various business process analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage key stakeholders in the development of business process flow.
- Industry-recognised certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) will be highly regarded.
