About the Role Are you an expert in TechOne systems, ready to drive digital transformation? As the TechOne Systems Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert across all TechOne modules, guiding system enhancements, advising on best practices, and ensuring seamless integration within the Digital Transformation Program.
Working closely with program leads, vendors, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimising system functionality, mitigating risks, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the TechOne Subject Matter Expert, advising on Forms, Business Process, Configuration, Design Studio, and User Access.
- Provide expert guidance on system risks, limitations, and potential enhancements, escalating as required.
- Scope, deliver, and implement system enhancements, including forms, dashboards, and BPAs.
- Lead and participate in solution and configuration workshops across multiple projects.
- Mentor and train team members on TechOne processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Assist with integration, data migration, and testing as needed.
- Manage vendors and their deliverables, ensuring alignment with TechOne requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with program leads, project teams, and IT support.
- Support transition to ongoing system support, including documentation and training.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimising TechOne systems, with experience in delivering system features and functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide specialist advice on TechOne applications.
- Proven ability to mentor and train team members in system processes and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working collaboratively with vendors and project teams.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and business analysis principles.
- Experience in coordinating minor system enhancements and improvements.
