About Your New RoleThe Chief Technology Office at the City provides exceptional ICT services to our internal stakeholders. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking motivated Service Desk Support Officers to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for all ICT-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

We're Looking For People Who Have
Previous experience in a similar ICT Support Desk role Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with ICT systems, including operating systems, servers, and peripherals, with the ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Flexibility to support the service outside of normal working hours (including after hours and on weekends) as part of a rotating on-call roster.
