Description:
Clinician - Mental HealthWork with evidence based therapies to respond appropriately to the mental and developmental needs of young people. Conduct clinical assessments and provide care plans for people ranging from 12 - 25 years old. You will provide leadership and experience with focussed psychological strategies tailored to young people and their families. Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions – including brief therapy, group sessions and collaborative problem solving.
- Based in the Emerald, QLD
- Reporting to a Service Manager and Care Coordinator who will support you every step of the way
- Team of Mental Health Clinicians and Clinicians to work along side
- An administrator and community engagement officer are also there to support the team
- Full Time position
- Salary: $106 - $111K + Super + Salary Packaging + relocation assistance (dependnet on experience)

- Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology, mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy.
- AASW Mental Health Accreditation (Essential)
- Registration or membership with APHRA
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Yellow Card
- A passion and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage your own case load
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
