The Client
Our client is a well established, privately owned organisation that is a leading flooring solution provider delivering projects across high end residential and commercial projects in NSW.
The Role
You will be instrumental in overseeing and delivering multiple, varied projects and will work closely with the sales and operations team to coordinate and deliver high class projects. The role combines project execution with client relationship building, whilst ensuring all projects meet deadlines, quality standards and budgetary requirements. The role is office and site based and requires a high level of administration, computer and organisational skills.
Skills Required
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills;
- Bach degree in project management or a related field.
- 3 + years project management experience in the commercial flooring / fit out industry in Australia.
- Superb communication, presentation and client relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong team player who is able to work with internal & external departments to rectify problems when they arise.
- Highly degree of organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and manage and coordinate multiple projects at once.
The Package
The starting salary package is between $110-130K + Super + Car Allow depending on experience.
