With a territory in North Brisbane (ideally, you’ll be based anywhere between Brisbane’s North and anywhere up to Maroochydore), this opportunity is best suited to a passionate Retail Account Manager that prides themselves on developing long lasting relationships. We are looking for an analytical, forward-thinking candidate with a drive to exceed expectations bringing our key retail customers on the Fisher & Paykel journey to best promote our appliance collection.
This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of the F&P retail strategy for key main store accounts, including annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes. You will manage and cultivate existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all our key accounts.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify key insights and provide new and innovative solutions that stand out from our competitors, ensuring a seamless, brand aligned representation of our brand value proposition, and that merchandising, and brand representation is achieved instore. If you are ambitious, we see this role as a likely successor for several senior roles within our business.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results for all involved
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to communicate intent clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for our customers
- Ability to present, facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Heightened level of business acumen
- Strong passion/interest/desire for premium home appliances
