ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re currently seeking an Administration Assistant Intern who will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day office operations. This internship is perfect for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in administrative processes while working in a supportive, professional environment. ABOUT YOU:
You must:
- Be currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
- Be available to work at least 3 days per week
During your internship, you may gain experience in the following areas:
- Answering and managing phone calls and taking messages professionally
- Handling office supply orders and maintaining inventory
- Photocopying, filing, labeling, and general administrative tasks
- Processing purchase orders and payments
- Data entry into inventory journals and customer databases
- Assisting with petty cash processing
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers for orders and freight tracking
- Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
- Supporting teams with accounts receivable/payable, payroll, marketing, and operational coordination tasks
Internships available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane .
