About The Opportunity

As our PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of projects within our Service Delivery function. You will assist in establishing and maintaining PMO standards, providing valuable data insights, and ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies. This is a fixed term opportunity initially running through to the end of Feb 2026.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the implementation and adherence to PMO policies, procedures, and templates for software implementation projects.
  • Assisting in the monitoring and tracking of multiple concurrent projects, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Facilitating the coordination and communication between internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.
  • Supporting the coordination of project activities across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Micromine’s service delivery approach through PMO best practices.

About You

Key skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst or project support role within a software development and delivery context.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodology and its application within a PMO framework.
  • Experience supporting software implementation projects from a PMO perspective.
  • Solid understanding of PMO principles and Change Management best practice.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with IT systems design and implementation processes.
  • Exposure to the Mining / Resources industry.
  • Familiarity with Micromine or competitor products.
