About This Role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Projects Team! In your role as Interior Designer you will be doing everything from taking the initial brief to final presentation. You will also support the Design Consultants with Interior Design projects, taking the lead. Join our supportive team and begin your career at Coco and our family of brands.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Take initial briefs from clients to final presentations
- Create Concept Presentation Documents
- Develop detailed interior design architectural documentation
- Select materials and Finishes
- Create Schedules
- Lead designs on any given project, driving and developing innovative and creative design concepts
- Proactively update your knowledge of design and furniture
- Ensure all scopes of project are accurate prior to presentation
- Report back on any leads that may need to be reallocated
- Documentation: Revit, Vector Works, Sketch Up
- 3D Modelling
- Presentations: Indesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Canva
- Previous experience in a similar role or interior design studio
- Interior Design qualification
- Immaculate presentation
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with sales targets and KPIs
