About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Project & Events Coordinator to join our team, where you'll help coordinate exciting projects that contribute to Mamamia's audience growth and digital offerings. Working with supportive team members, you'll assist in managing commercial partnership initiatives.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- Drive consumer revenue projects from strategy through to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact
- Manage the delivery of both internal and external events when needed
- Resolve cross-team challenges to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track performance metrics
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers and resources
Now, a bit about you
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital media or technology
- You're a confident self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects to success
- You excel at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- You're a skilled problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
- You have meticulous attention to detail and quality in everything you deliver
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable using project management tools like Monday
- You communicate effectively across all levels, adapting your style based on audience and context
