As a Surgical Sales Specialist for Endometrial Ablation, you will provide product support to physicians and other clinical professionals using the Hologic NovaSure system. You will develop relationships with Clinicians through your technical support and product subject matter expertise, ensuring maximum benefit and application of Hologic systems in a surgical setting. Ambitious and driven, you will develop business opportunities to increase market share and meet sales targets.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers, you will be heavily involved in maintaining and building customer relationships by providing excellent field and product support in a hospital environment. This is a sales career with real meaning. A role where you will gain immense satisfaction by enabling healthier lives, everywhere, every day.
So, what do we need from you?
We are looking for born salespeople to join us. Those that have a passion for building relationships and driving commercial outcomes. Possessing tenacity and enthusiasm, you will truly understand and support your customers. You will ideally have 1-2 years’ sales experience in a healthcare setting; however, we are open to passionate candidates outside of healthcare who have demonstrated sales success and are motivated to make a difference. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
You will need a clean driving record, full Australian driver’s license and be comfortable with travelling regularly, including occasional regional travel. You will be eligible to live and work in Australia.
