About the role:
As an Associate Product Manager at Tyro you will be responsible for driving the delivery, backlog, and prioritisation of our product roadmap, acting as the voice of the customer to engineering teams, and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment with the strategic direction and product vision.
What you'll do:

Act as the primary point of contact for the development teams, providing customer context, guidance and direction as needed.

Work with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and define product features and functionality.

Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritised based on impact.

Be the voice of the customer internally and ensure that their needs are being met through the development process.

Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget.

Conduct user research and testing to validate product features and functionality.

Work with the Delivery Lead to facilitate the delivery process and ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

Prioritise product features and create user stories for development.
What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related field.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You understand how to use data to measure your product’s adoption and usage.

Able to perform competitor analysis and form a clear view of the strengths and weaknesses of your product.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
