Our client, located in Kyneton , is on the hunt for motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to help deliver high-quality specialised personal care products to their customers.
The Role & Responsibilities:

Production Operators will play a key role within a supportive environment alongside Manufacturing, Warehouse, Compliance, and Research teams - working collaboratively to maintain the highest standards and meet production goals.
- Hands-On Production: From packaging and filling to batching raw materials and running production lines, these roles are at the heart of the manufacturing process.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality sampling of raw materials and finished goods ensuring everything meets required standards.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock takes, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures to ensure production spaces are pristine.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform calibration and performance checks on manufacturing equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong organisational skills and efficient time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
