Housekeeping Supervisor
At Novotel Barossa Valley Resort, we believe great hospitality starts with our people. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the team to uphold high operational and cleanliness standards while driving performance and development across the department.
This is a part-time role requiring early starts and weekend availability.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll take ownership of shift operations and team performance. Key responsibilities include:
Allocating daily room assignments and team tasksConducting inspections to ensure operational standards are metManaging on-site laundry and ensuring cost-effective linen useCoordinating room readiness with Front Office and MaintenanceAssisting with efficient roster planning to meet operational needsTraining and coaching team members to meet quality and efficiency goalsMonitoring supply use and maintaining stock levels within budgetLeading by example in safety, grooming standards, and professional conductSupporting a performance-focused, inclusive team culture
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in hotel housekeeping or similar facilities operationsConfident in leading a small teams and driving accountabilityOrganised, reliable, and solution-focusedComfortable with physical aspects of housekeeping workFamiliar with basic computer systemsFlexible with availability across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
