Based in Montrose VIC 3765, we are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as an Asphalt Laboratory Supervisor.

Your day will involve:

  • Supervise a small team of technicians to support Asphalt testing
  • Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals
  • Calibrate laboratory equipment as required
  • Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operations
  • Proactively promote process improvement

  • A commitment to safety and quality
  • Previous construction materials laboratory testing experience
  • Well-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting data
  • Good communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Australian and Industry standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and promote a healthy team environment
