About the Role:
In this role, you will play a critical role in providing leadership to the team, alongside the hands-on element of operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bobcats, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and dump trucks. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate completion of earthmoving tasks across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain earthmoving machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage material handling, grading, and site preparation tasks efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Earthmoving Plant Operator, with experience in leading a team.
- Ability to read and execute site plans
- Drivers Licence – HR or HC
- Construction White Card
- Relevant licenses/certifications, e.g., Heavy Equipment Operator Licence.
- Strong understanding of operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
