Head of OperationsA Head of Operations , who will be a key member of the Senior Management team, and oversee operational functions, ensuring operational excellence within the Business.
This role encompasses oversight of strategic objectives, including the localisation of our product, legal and regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and office management, to ensure that the Business operates efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive our success, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Taking responsibility for our Australian operations' strategic and operational management, you will be pivotal in creating a productive work environment that supports our team and enhances overall organisational performance.
You will possess a strong background in operations , finance , and compliance and have the ability to showcase exceptional leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Overseeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Directing the management of office operations, including facilities and administrative support.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
- Representing the Company in various forums and ensuring effective communication across all levels.
- Managing crisis situations and organisational changes to ensure resilience and adaptability.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior operational role, preferably in the online gambling or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, relevant to the Australian market.
- Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on stakeholder management.
- Hold relevant qualifications in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
