We are now scaling operations, bringing products to global markets and expanding our product development pipeline to meet the demand from some of the world’s largest corporations.


Supporting the Finance team you will be responsible for providing an effective purchasing service across the Company including providing general administration and finance assistance for the purchasing of goods & services to maximise value and service expectations from suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & update purchasing and finance systems
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Continuous interactions & support of internal stakeholders across all departments with procurement
  • Liaise and prompt communication with external suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage inventory / stock control
  • Process purchase orders, invoicing and assist with reconciliation of accounts
  • Accurate receipt of incoming goods / stock
  • Lead and assist with supplier negotiations
  • Assist, prepare and maintain inventory reports
  • Perform general administrative/finance and project related duties as requested by management.
  • Be the lead for all logistics of the companies product shipments
  • Actively participate in and positively contribute to a team environment

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Purchasing & inventory management experience
  • Experience with purchasing & finance software (e.g. Approval Max, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers
  • Computer literacy, and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Will willingly contribute to our positive, driven, and supportive culture
