About the Role

As the Administration Officer, you will:

  • As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including accounts receivable including but not limited to
  • Accounts Receivable tasks including receipting, invoicing and student services support as required.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.
  • The Administration Officer reports to the Business Manager.

Main Duties Include:

  • Receipting incoming payments
  • Assisting students and parents with financial queries
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Raising invoices,
  • General student services support
  • Occasional backup for font office (phones, student counter,first aid)
  • Other tasks as directed

About You

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will have:

  • Have a good understanding of OneSchool, Agresso and Microsoft Office suite
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise within tight timeframes
  • Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of systems and processes in accordance with DOE processes and procedures
  • Willing team player with a strong work ethic.
