We are seeking passionated and experienced Full time Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. You will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to menu development.

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and Lunch items according to the menu
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as required by law
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Assist in menu planning, including introducing new seasonal or specialty dishes
- Train and support junior kitchen staff or assistants
- Work collaboratively with other staffs to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Minimise waste and manage portion control effectively
- Relevant qualifications -Certificate IV Commercial Cookery
- Ability to work as a team, in particular newly established venues
- At least 2 years work experience as a chef, preferably Breakfast/Lunch
- A La Carte experience.
- Ability to work over weekends
