Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across departments
- Manage internal communication, emails, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, events, and appointments
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Provide support for team operations, reporting, and office logistics
- Assist with onboarding, timesheet tracking, and leave records
- Ensure a smooth and efficient office environment
Your Profile
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination
