About the Role
We're seeking a driven professional to help expand and strengthen our client base, while contributing to strategic business growth across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing packages for commercial painting projects
- Analyse tender documentation including finishes schedules, architectural drawings, and scopes of work
- Accurately interpret architectural drawings and estimators' measurements
- Rate Bill of Quantities and produce detailed quotations
- Participate in post-tender meetings and price negotiations with clients
- Review and negotiate contracts, both internal and external
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including planning and attending social events
- Collaborate closely with the site team to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee awarded projects from initiation through to completion
Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the painting or construction industry
- Well-established contacts within the construction sector (highly regarded)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes and practices
- Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural drawings and finishes schedules
