- $135 - $155 per hour (inc-Super) - market estimate / negotiable
- ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC or WA address
- Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite (minimum)
Our client, a Government organisation who regulates national competition, consumer, fair trading and product safety, are seeking the experience of a Organisational Change & Communication Lead for a long 12+12+12 month contract.
Duties of the Organisational Change & Communication Lead
- Develop change management plans for ICT Programs and projects.
- Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change, including validating proposed change plans, strategies and actions with business stakeholders and Project Boards.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Lead the development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
- Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience providing organisational change & communication leadership within a Federal Government environment.
- Experience delivering change and negotiating stakeholders in a complex government, regulatory or legal organisation.
