We are seeking a strategic and experienced operational leader to contribute to the delivery of the university's Global Strategy in alignment with the mission, vision and goals of the university, by managing international admissions and student advice, foreign arrangements reporting, systems and finance coordination and institutional compliance.
Reporting to the Director, Global Engagement and contributing as an integral member of the Global leadership team, you'll provide advice on matters related to global strategy, while adopting a student-centred approach to deliver services and programs targeted to the specific needs of international students to enhance our student's university experience.
With a recognised track record of achievement in the management of a team and delivery against strategic outcomes, you'll be responsible for managing, guiding and supporting staff and strengthening internal and external relationships, to manage external compliance and reporting requirements, providing high-quality and responsive internal services and supporting the university's vast network of education agents.
You'll be tertiary qualified in business, international relations or a related discipline and/or possess significant experience in international education operational management and compliance.
Key to your success will be in your ability to analyse issues and identify courses of action at both strategic and operational levels and demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness to external changes to the international educational environment in which the university operates.
