We're looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team, managing priority existing third-party sellers at Amazon's Marketplace in Australia. You'll join a diverse team of high-performing Account Managers working with some of the top Selling Partners in the AU marketplace, with ample opportunity to grow and develop new skills.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing large and medium sellers. You'll balance your time between cultivating new relationships with existing sellers and assisting them in optimizing their accounts to best suit their specific needs. You'll work closely with sellers to understand their procurement requirements and collaborate with internal Amazon teams to determine the best solutions to address their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and IT and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment the successful candidate will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fashion sellers to optimize their business performance
- Analyze seller data and develop strategic recommendations for account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address seller needs
- Create and execute account plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics

A day in the life
You'll engage with Fashion sellers to understand their business goals, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities. Your day involves consulting with sellers, coordinating with internal teams, and developing strategies to enhance seller success on our platform.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Bachelor's degree- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
